Position Title: Room Attendant
Immediate Supervisor: Executive Housekeeping Manager 
Major Function: 
<ul><li>
Responsible for the cleanliness and arrangement of supplies in guest rooms to exceed to the guests expectations.</li></ul> 
Essential Functions:

Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times.</li><li>
Daily clean and return vacant dirty rooms to a vacant ready status, and occupied dirty rooms to an occupied clean status. Cleaning includes lighting fixtures, ceilings and vents, walls, mattresses, furniture, windows and window coverings, floors and carpets. Also includes a thorough cleaning of the bathroom and vanity areas.</li><li>
Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses and writing supplies.</li><li>
Assist in general clean program by changing all blankets, duvets/bedspreads, and mattress pads as required at your property or as needed. Other general clean items as identified on the general clean checklist.</li><li>
Complete assigned daily room projects (thresholds, edging, etc.).</li><li>
Assist in the carpet care program by daily spot cleaning guest room carpets as the room is being cleaned.</li><li>
Maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart and restocks it daily.</li><li>
Report any damaged or inoperable room items to Maintenance via a work order.</li><li>
Report any discrepancies to the Housekeeping Manager.</li><li>
Assist in maintaining other areas of the hotel in a clean and orderly condition, (eg. associate lounge and locker room, public areas, stairwells, and back of the house area).</li><li>
Respond to guest requests and inquiries immediately.

Position Title: Night Auditor
Immediate Supervisor: Assistant General Manager 
Major Function: 
<ul><li>
Represents the hotel to the guest through the guests stay by performing sales and customer service functions related to guest registrations, reservations, and revenue collections. These functions should be handled in a way that assure the guests receive a safe and secure place to stay with friendly, attentive service ensuring the guests have a pleasant stay and a smooth checkout.</li><li>
Responsible for the total desk operation: Act as Manager on Duty, respond immediately to guest requests. Represents the hotel in the late evening and early morning hours, maintains thorough communication with management staff. Responsible for maintaining hotel safety and security during these hours.</li></ul>

Report to Guest Service Manager or Assistant Manager at the end of your shift, reporting any unusual conditions and occurrences as well as updating the pass on log.</li><li>

Represent the Hotel in regard to guest complaints and situations that require immediate attention.</li><li>
Resolve any discrepancies with department out of balance.</li><li>

TITLE: Assistant General Manager
LOCATION: Property Level
REPORTS TO: General Manager
FLSA Status: Salaried, Exempt
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for: the day-to-day operations of the Front Office while overseeing and assisting with Housekeeping and Maintenance to include and not limited to: personnel, guest service, budget performance and financial controls.
PRE REQUISITES
The Company associates have access to guestrooms and property, character traits of honesty and trustworthiness are essential to this position. Therefore, associates must pass the appropriate security clearance, per company policy.<ul><li>
Two Years experience supervising (at least) eight associates.</li></ul>
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Must be able to perform major life activities: Standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating.
For this position specifically:<ul><li>
Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 30 pounds.</li><li>
