As the Packaging &amp; Sales Graphics Designer at Tr&uuml; Fr&uuml;, you will play a critical production-focused role in bringing our brand to life across packaging, retail, and sales channels. You will support the Frozen and Freeze-Dried portfolios, ensuring every file that leaves our team is accurate, on-brand, and production-ready. You will collaborate closely with Brand, Sales, Operations, and external partners to execute packaging, sales enablement tools, and technical artwork at the highest level of quality.

What you will do
<ul>
<li>Execute packaging concepts for Frozen and Ambient portfolios from ideation through final production.</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy of claims, nutritionals, ingredient statements, dyelines, and regulatory/compliance content.</li>
<li>Partner with R&amp;D, Operations, and QA to confirm technical accuracy at every stage of development.</li>
<li>Prepare, release, and manage print- and production-ready files, ensuring adherence to timelines, technical specifications, quality standards, and printer requirements.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot production issues, including color management and printer feedback, to ensure successful execution.</li>
<li>Adapt master artwork for size variations, multi-SKU systems, and retailer-specific requirements.</li>
<li>Manage packaging partner and agency relationships to ensure smooth handoffs, version control, and execution.</li>
<li>Adapt and extend agency-developed creative into production-ready and retailer-specific files.</li>
<li>Maintain and evolve the master brand design system, ensuring consistent application of typography, color, photography, and brand architecture across all touchpoints.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other designers to uphold brand standards and visual consistency.</li>
<li>Create sales enablement assets&mdash;including sell-in decks, sell sheets, planogram mockups, displays, shippers, and retailer presentation materials&mdash;to support launches and buyer meetings.</li>
<li>Maintain organized templates, packaging archives, and content libraries.</li>
<li>Implement efficient systems for versioning, naming conventions, file structure, and cross-team asset access.</li>

<li>Comfort collaborating with diverse partners (rom Sales to R&amp;D to external printers).</li>
<li>Ownership mentality and strong problem-solving abilities.</li>
</ul>
You have&hellip;
<ul>
<li>5&ndash;7+ years' experience in packaging design, production art, or CPG graphics.</li>
<li>Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.</li>
<li>Experience preparing mechanicals, working with dyelines, and managing printer feedback.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li>
<li>A portfolio that demonstrates packaging experience and clean, consistent design execution.</li>
</ul>
