Role Description: 
 
The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for establishing a culture that embodies our vision. 
 
Core Responsibilities: 
 
<ul><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and healthcare regulations.</li>
<li>Creating job descriptions that align with the values, tasks, and expectations.</li>
<li>Recruitment by posting jobs, reviewing resumes, screening, and interviewing.</li>
<li>Onboarding new hires.</li>
<li>Manage training schedule for new hires and develop on-going professional development.</li>
<li>Establish employee retention, engagement and recognition programs</li>
<li>Serve as the point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution</li>
<li>Track time in ADP and manage the PTO policies and schedule.</li>
<li>Oversee performance review processes and provide coaching support to managers</li>
<li>Partner with leadership to build a positive and inclusive workplace culture.</li>
</ul>Requirements 
 
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, business administration or related field</li>
<li>4+years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare, small- to mid-size organizations</li>
<li>Experience with onboarding, benefits administration, time tracking systems.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.</li>
<li>HR certification (SPHR or SHRM-CP) preferred</li>
<li>Excellent communication, problem- solving and people skills.</li>
<li>A passion for team-development</li>
<li>A proactive and adaptable working style- able to cover tasks as they arise</li>
<li>A supportive attitude toward our patient population of older adults</li>
