What You&rsquo;ll Do 
<ul>
<li>Perform high-quality home maintenance and repair projects</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and support a team of Tru-Pro&reg; technicians</li>
<li>Uphold TruBlue&rsquo;s high standard of professionalism, reliability, and customer care</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with customers and help manage expectations on-site</li>
<li>Ensure safety, accuracy, and consistency across every project</li>
</ul>Common projects include: 
<ul>
<li>Bathroom and kitchen upgrades</li>
<li>Drywall repair and patching</li>
<li>Flooring installation and repair</li>
<li>General carpentry</li>
<li>Interior and exterior painting</li>
<li>Basic plumbing and electrical (within scope)</li>
</ul>Who You Are 
<ul>
<li>10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience</li>
<li>Experience managing or mentoring other technicians is preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Committed to doing the job right and doing right by your team and clients</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license, reliable transportation, and full toolset</li>
<li>Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.</li>
