Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Designer to manage and design engaging content for our restaurant&rsquo;s social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating attractive posts, stories, reels designs, menu promotions, and branding materials to increase customer engagement and restaurant sales.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design high-quality social media posts, stories, banners, and promotional creatives for the restaurant.</li><li>Create attractive designs for daily deals, special offers, events, and seasonal campaigns.</li><li>Edit and design content for Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and short promotional videos.</li><li>Maintain consistency of brand identity (colors, logo, fonts, style).</li><li>Coordinate with restaurant team for new menu items, promotions, and campaigns.</li><li>Plan weekly/monthly social media content calendar.</li><li>Create menu designs, flyers, posters, standees, and digital screens content.</li><li>Take basic food photography and enhance/edit images (if required).</li><li>Work on customer engagement visuals such as contests, giveaways, and festive posts.</li><li>Support marketing campaigns and coordinate with influencers when needed.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Designer / Graphic Designer (preferably in restaurant/food industry).</li><li>Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.</li><li>Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects is a plus).</li><li>Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Understanding of social media trends and design formats.</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines and deliver daily content.</li><li>Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok marketing styles.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with restaurants, cafes, or food brands.</li><li>Basic knowledge of social media marketing and boosting ads.</li></ul>Photography and videography skills are a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
