&#9989; Job Summary:The Billing Staff is responsible for preparing and issuing customer invoices accurately and on time, ensuring proper documentation of all billing activities, and handling customer queries related to billing.&#9989; Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Generate and issue accurate customer invoices based on sales orders or service delivery.</li><li>Maintain proper billing records and filing of invoices.</li><li>Track pending payments and follow up with customers.</li><li>Update customer account statements regularly.</li><li>Handle customer billing queries and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Coordinate with sales and operations teams to confirm service details before invoicing.</li><li>Record all billing transactions in the ERP/accounting system.</li><li>Prepare reports on billing status, payment collections, and outstanding balances.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GST invoicing rules.</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly billing reports for management.</li></ul>&#9989; Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma / B.Com in Accounting or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in billing or invoicing.</li><li>Familiarity with billing software and ERP systems (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of GST billing format and tax laws.</li><li>Good numerical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic Excel knowledge.</li></ul>&#9989; Working Hours:<ul><li>Shift-Based Timing: Between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, as per the assigned shift schedule.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;9,538.18 - &#8377;32,409.35 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Billing: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Summary:An experienced Accountant is required to handle the company&rsquo;s financial records, ensure accuracy in bookkeeping, assist in tax compliance, and support management in financial decision-making.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate accounting records and financial statements.</li><li>Perform account reconciliations for bank accounts, customer accounts, and supplier accounts.</li><li>Prepare and file GST returns and maintain tax compliance.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable.</li><li>Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.</li><li>Generate financial reports (profit &amp; loss statements, balance sheets).</li><li>Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).</li><li>Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.</li><li>Liaise with auditors during internal and external audits.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to financial reporting.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or Finance.</li><li>2+ years of experience in accounting.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems).</li><li>Strong knowledge of GST and tax compliance.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;100.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Account analysis: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
