About Company: A leading NSE/BSE-listed real estate group invites applications for the following position in luxury commercial property, on the company's permanent rolls.Position: Dy Manager - Technical Facilities Job Location: Rajaji Nagar, BangaloreResponsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG/UPS, lifts, CCTV, fire safety, BMS, and related building systems.</li><li>Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, statutory compliance, documentation, and audits.</li><li>Oversee soft services&mdash;housekeeping, pantry, security, pest control, front office, waste management, and events&mdash;ensuring hygiene, safety, and service quality.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and building teams; monitor SLAs/KPIs, negotiate quotes, and support CAPEX/OPEX planning.</li><li>Maintain asset records, AMCs, consumables, and spares; manage inventory, cost control, and timely replenishment.</li><li>Serve as the central contact for FM operations, resolve escalations, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless centre operations.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Diploma/Graduate in Engineering with 6 &ndash; 8 years of experience in technical and soft services&mdash;preferably corporate, commercial real estate.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MEP systems, vendor &amp; inventory management, compliance, and facility operations.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
