Accountant &amp; Administrative Officer &ndash; Full TimeLocation: Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesWe are a joinery manufacturing factory based in Abu Dhabi and are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant &amp; Administrative Officer to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Accounting* Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.* Prepare invoices, payments, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reports.* Assist with budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management.* Prepare VAT records and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.* Support external auditors and year-end financial reporting.Administration* Manage office administration and maintain company records.* Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and service providers.* Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.* Maintain employee files and assist with attendance, leave records, and general HR administration.* Organize company documents, contracts, and correspondence.* Provide administrative support to management and other departments.Requirements:* Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.* Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and administration.* Experience in a manufacturing or furniture company is preferred.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.* Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEIf you are an experienced accounting and administrative professional looking to join a growing joinery manufacturing factory , we encourage you to apply through IndeedPay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Draftsman (Shop Drawing &amp; Joinery)We are an Interior Design &amp; Joinery company looking for a skilled Draftsman to join our team.Location: Abu DhabiJob ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed Shop Drawings for interior fit-out projects<ul><li>Produce accurate ID shopdrawing and Joinery Shop Drawings (decor, cabinets , doors, wall paneling, etc.) As per 3D design</li><li>Develop technical details, sections, and construction drawings</li><li>Coordinate with designers, engineers, and site team</li><li>Review drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements</li><li>Prepare drawings for production and workshop execution</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in a similar role</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)</li><li>Knowledge of SketchUp or other 3D software is a plus</li><li>Strong understanding of Joinery &amp; Interior Fit-Out details</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines</li></ul>⸻Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with CNC detailing or production drawings</li><li>Previous experience in UAE fit-out/joinery companies</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li></ul>⸻How to ApplyPlease send your:<ul><li>CV</li><li>Portfolio (Shop Drawings &amp; Joinery work)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
