<div></div><div>We are seeking a highly organized people-person to fill this key position in Human Resources. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of diplomacy and the ability to work independently.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Position Overview:</b></div>
<div></div><div>The <b>HR Technician</b> will provide comprehensive administrative and technical support across key HR functions including payroll processing, maintenance of employee files, benefits administration, recruitment assistance, employee engagement, and company-wide activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where confidentiality and accuracy are paramount.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Additional responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Maintain HR files, records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal retention requirements.</li>
<li>Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication and application tracking.</li>
<li>Support timekeeping and payroll processes by ensuring accurate data entry.</li>
<li>Assist with employee benefit enrollments, changes and inquiries.</li>
<li>Participate in employee engagement and communications.</li>
</ul><div><b>What you&rsquo;ll need:</b></div>
<ul><li>One to three years of similar or related experience. HR or Administrative experience preferred.</li>
<li>A (1) 2 year college degree or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing or (3) completion of a specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.</li>
