Join us in Wake County to Cumberland County and the surrounding areas, North Carolina, as we expand our team, offering flexible part-time and full-time positions that fit seamlessly into your schedule, including weekends upon request.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties, including structural components, systems, and finishes.</li><li>Evaluate construction quality and compliance with local building codes and regulations.</li><li>Review blueprints and schematics to understand the design intent and identify potential issues.</li><li>Perform quality inspections during various stages of construction to ensure adherence to specifications.</li><li>Collect data on property conditions and prepare detailed inspection reports outlining findings and recommendations.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and contractors regarding inspection results.</li><li>Stay updated on industry standards, building codes, and best practices in home inspection.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Must hold a valid Home Inspector License for North Carolina</li><li>Proven experience in construction or related fields is essential.</li><li>Familiarity with quality control processes and quality inspection techniques.</li><li>Strong analysis skills to assess property conditions accurately.</li><li>Experience in construction site management or oversight is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of contracts related to construction projects is beneficial.</li><li>Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.</li><li>Understanding of pipeline systems within residential settings is a plus.
