Job Title: HR ExecutiveLocation: Chandivali Experience: 0&ndash;3 years Employment Type: Full-timeJob DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and support employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance while maintaining a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes</li><li>Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation</li><li>Assist in payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)</li><li>Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement activities</li><li>Support performance management and appraisal processes</li><li>Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures</li><li>Coordinate training and development programs</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies</li><li>Assist in HR audits and reporting</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role</li><li>Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information responsibly</li><li>Good organizational and multitasking abilities</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>MBA / PGDM in Human Resources</li><li>Experience in relevant industry</li><li>Familiarity with payroll software</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Growth and learning opportunities</li><li>Friendly and professional work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
