<div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
</b></h3><p>Responsible for the safe and efficient fabrication of steel products. The Welder I is an entry-level welding position, with all work being completed with close supervision.</p>

</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALITIES</b></h3>
<ul><li>Able to perform simple flat and horizontal welds and flat groove welds.</li>
<li>Able to Fit and weld subassemblies with tack or spot weld.</li>
<li>Able to perform measurements within specified tolerances.</li>
<li>Exhibit knowledge of material identification, equipment utilization and welding equipment set-up and maintenance.</li>
<li>General knowledge of equipment and operations.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of Weld symbols.</li>
<li>Understand and follow oral and written directions.</li>
<li>Ability to read a tape measure (imperial and metric).</li>
<li>Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.</li>
<li>Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.</li>
<li>Ability to be truthful and be seen as credible in the workplace.</li>
<li>Ability to make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a goal.</li>
<li>The trait of being dependable and trustworthy.</li>

Welder/Fabricator (Night Shift)

<div><b>SHIFT:</b> Monday - Thursday, 6:00 pm - 4:30 am (Fridays additional OT as required)</div>
<div><b>PAY RATE:</b> $24.00 - $27.00+ per hour (Depending on Experience) + $2 shift differential pay + Full Benefits Package</div>

<li>Maintains technical qualifications required for positions</li>

<li>Able to final inspect welds</li>
<li>Able to do basic Layouts</li>

<li>Ability to work with others</li>
<li>Ability to work safely and accurately</li>
