If you possess the relevant expertise and experience, we encourage you to apply at the earliest to take advantage of this opportunity.Role: Accounts Receivable ExecutiveLocation: Lower Parel, Mumbai Experience: 2&ndash;6 years Client: Advanced analytical &amp; laboratory instruments distribution companyKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Follow up with customers via email/phone for pending payments &amp; overdue invoices.</li><li>Prepare and issue account statements and payment reminders.</li><li>Record and reconcile customer payments against invoices in ERP/accounting system.</li><li>Coordinate with sales, service, and customer support teams to resolve disputes.</li><li>Escalate unresolved payment issues to the Manager.</li><li>Support internal audits related to receivables and collections.</li><li>Identify and account for received payments; clear suspense accounts for unidentified receipts.</li><li>Perform other finance&#8209;related duties as assigned.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2&ndash;6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Finance.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and MS Office.</li><li>Ability to manage collections and resolve discrepancies effectively.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;550,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
