Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer/roofer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and construction practices. This role requires hands-on experience in both residential and commercial projects, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. The Carpenter/Laborer will work collaboratively with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Pay is by job.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, trim work, interior/exterior painting, roofing, chimneys.</li><li>Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.</li><li>Assist in concrete forming, masonry work, and roofing as needed.</li><li>Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as part of daily responsibilities.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Willing to work on ladders and roofs. carry shingles. clean up.</li><li>Proven experience in carpentry or related fields with a strong understanding of construction practices.</li><li>Familiarity with construction estimating, heavy lifting techniques, and safety protocols on job sites.</li><li>Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to carpentry work.</li><li>Knowledge of drywall installation, plastering techniques, siding applications, and flooring installation including tile laying.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.</li><li>Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory.
