We help manufacturing companies save cost on their direct material procurement, reduce sourcing cycle time, and new product introduction time to market. We provide detailed cost insights of custom design parts for buyers and suppliers, a secure collaboration platform, and a marketplace to collaborate on cost. We have a working product and are currently piloting the product with a few select large enterprise clients.
 
 
 
 
 
 We seek experienced
 
 AI/ML Engineers
 
 with expertise in developing AI/ML solutions to join our engineering team. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computational statistics. This role involves designing and implementing algorithms and models.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Machine Learning Model Development:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, and deploy machine learning models that address real-world business challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 This includes data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with senior data scientists and developers to integrate machine learning algorithms into applications, train and test ML models, and manage the required datasets.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Data Pipelines:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and model training.
 </li>
 <li>
 Write database queries using SQL to retrieve required data.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Model Evaluation:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in debugging, testing, and improving applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Rigorous testing and validation procedures to assess model performance
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3+ years of experience in AI/ML developing advanced solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, C++, or similar,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in using machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data preprocessing techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in manufacturing and supply chain a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex cost data and identify cost drivers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present cost analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
 </li>
