We combine technical precision with intentional storytelling to help agents stand out.We are hiring a contract videographer with strong execution skills and a professional mindset.Position OverviewThis role is primarily focused on filming real estate video content:<ul><li>Property walkthroughs</li><li>Cinematic lifestyle sequences</li><li>Vertical short-form content</li><li>Drone video &amp; photo</li></ul>Photography experience is preferred, as some shoots will require still images.You will focus on capturing. We handle editing, scheduling, delivery, and client management.Minimum availability: 10+ hours per week, with opportunity for more.Responsibilities<ul><li>Capture smooth, stabilized walkthrough footage (gimbal required)</li><li>Film vertical and horizontal formats intentionally</li><li>Capture FAA-compliant drone footage</li><li>Photograph properties when needed</li><li>Follow True View shot lists and standards</li><li>Maintain professional equipment</li><li>Upload RAW files promptly after each shoot</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Strong videography experience (real estate preferred)</li><li>Comfortable shooting manual exposure</li><li>Understands pacing, composition, and movement</li><li>Aware of current social media video trends</li><li>Professional in appearance and communication</li><li>Efficient, reliable, detail-oriented</li></ul>Bonus (Not Required):<ul><li>Basic editing ability (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci)</li><li>Experience creating short-form real estate or lifestyle content</li></ul>Equipment Requirements<ul><li>4K-capable camera</li><li>Wide-angle lens</li><li>Gimbal (Ronin preferred)</li><li>Drone (FAA Part 107 license required or willingness to obtain)</li><li>Gear-head tripod</li><li>Flash equipment (for photo assignments)</li><li>Computer + high-speed internet for uploads</li><li>Reliable transportation</li></ul>Canon and DJI equipment preferred.What We Provide<ul><li>Consistent bookings</li><li>Flexible contractor schedule</li><li>Training on True View standards</li><li>No client management</li><li>No editing responsibilities (unless agreed upon)</li></ul>Additional Requirements<ul><li>Willingness to sign a real estate media non-solicitation agreement</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What type of gear do you have - please list brands (preference given to Canon and DJI gear)</li><li>Do you have any past experience shooting real estate?
