 Role Overview:
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a Social Media &amp; Communications Specialist to lead Truein&rsquo;s content, social media, and PR efforts. You&rsquo;ll work closely with the founders to build both company and founder branding, create and amplify content around our key USPs, manage our presence across LinkedIn, X, and SaaS-focused platforms, and collaborate with agencies on PR initiatives &mdash; all aimed at strengthening Truein&rsquo;s visibility and credibility in the B2B SaaS space, with a strong focus on the US market.
 
 
 This role blends strategy and hands-on execution &mdash; ideal for someone who is data-driven, understands B2B SaaS deeply, and can translate product value into strong narratives and measurable social performance.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What you&rsquo;ll do:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and execute an integrated organic + paid social media strategy for our B2B SaaS audience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the content strategy and calendar &mdash; thought leadership, product updates, case studies, campaigns, and launch communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and run paid social campaigns (primarily LinkedIn) including targeting, creative testing, optimizations, and performance analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive measurable impact: engagement, awareness, traffic, pipeline contribution, and share-of-voice.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with product marketing, design, and sales to build aligned messaging and campaign assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build playbooks, posting cadences, guidelines, and best practices for consistent brand communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with agencies when required.
 </li>

 Must Have:
 
 
 <ul>

 Graduate/Postgraduate from a premium institute.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;6 years of experience in social media &amp; content for B2B SaaS, with proven success in LinkedIn organic + paid initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong B2B copywriting skills with the ability to turn product value into compelling narratives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Data-driven approach &mdash; comfortable with GA4, UTM tracking, and analytics tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with social publishing and campaign management platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to the US market and understanding of social behavior in US-focused B2B SaaS audiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working on PR, brand positioning, or coordinating with PR agencies to amplify company and founder visibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing founder branding and multi-platform company pages to build a consistent social presence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong execution skills &mdash; organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
 </li>

 Background in SaaS, B2B tech, or HR-tech domain.

 Familiarity with creative tools like Figma or Adobe.

 Prior startup experience with comfort in fast-paced, iterative environments.
