We are seeking a physically fit and disciplined Bouncer to maintain safety and security.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor and control entry and exit of guests.</li><li>Verify identification and enforce venue policies.</li><li>Maintain order and prevent disturbances.</li><li>Handle conflicts in a calm and professional manner.</li><li>Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies.</li><li>Ensure the safety of customers, staff, and property.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience as a Bouncer or Security Guard preferred.</li><li>Physically fit and well-built.</li><li>Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Basic English communication skills.</li><li>SIRA license (preferred / mandatory as per UAE law).</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Food and Accommodation provided by the company.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
