About You 
Are you an experienced Product Manager or Software Engineer looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to further advance your skills and career in a great working environment? You will take on the responsibility for building and managing a successful product and have the skills to help drive the multifaceted team that is needed to accomplish this. 
Job Responsibilities 
<ul><li>
Manage the product roadmap and priorities for the success of the product</li><li>
Create, maintain &amp; communicate the client focused requirements to the business analysis, user experience, user interface and development teams</li><li>
Gather and analyze insights from client feedback, competitors, peers and the insurance industry</li><li>
Create and maintain the client backlog</li><li>
Prioritize backlog features for development sprints</li><li>
Help organize sprint reviews</li><li>
Participate in sprint planning sessions</li><li>
Build and maintain relationships with clients, executive owner, and team members</li><li>
Gather and document user stories that clearly articulate the business systems function and requirements</li><li>
Collaborate with communications, sales, account management and support to ensure clients needs are being met and used as an input to prioritize activities to build a strong product</li><li>
Share client feedback with the team</li><li>
Other responsibilities as needed to build and deliver on the product vision</li></ul> 

Job Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Post-secondary degree or significant equivalent experience</li><li>
5+ years&rsquo; experience in Product Ownership, Product Management or Software Engineering</li><li>
Experience in the Canadian P &amp; C insurance industry or financial industry a huge asset</li><li>
Familiarity with agile development methodologies</li><li>
Experience working within Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence</li></ul>

Position OverviewWe are seeking a Data Admin who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a vital part in ensuring data accuracy, supporting client communications, and maintaining smooth operations for our Clients.Please note: This position requires working hours aligned with Canadian business hours (From 4 PM - 12 AM Egypt time) 
 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Process client data accurately and on time</li><li>
Identify and return incorrect or missing information to insurance companies</li><li>
Send client communications (renewal notices, payment reminders, information requests)</li><li>
Reconcile commission statements and maintain accurate records</li><li>
Support internal teams with timely and reliable data management</li></ul> 

Qualifications<ul><li>
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (insurance industry experience is an asset)</li><li>
Certificate, diploma, or degree in Business Administration (asset)</li><li>
Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word</li><li>
Fluent English communication skills (written &amp; verbal)</li></ul>
