REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>Must be EXPERIENCED in dispatching for multiple fleet vehicles</li>
<li>Advanced Word &amp; Excel Spreadsheet skill set is a must</li>
<li>Must have excellent scheduling and load planning in the trucking industry.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette</li>
<li>Self-Motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and exhibiting solid judgement</li>
<li>Effective listening and strong communication skills for interaction with drivers, customers and Truline staff</li>
<li>Understanding DOT regulations for semi-trucks</li>
<li>Must have computer skills</li>
<li>Ability to coordinate drivers with accuracy, respect, and excellent service,</li>
<li>Monitor driver progress and assist with problems, as needed</li>
<li>Motivated team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Detail oriented environment and the ability to organize, prioritize and problem solve</li>
<li>Bi-lingual Eng. /Span. a plus</li>
<li>Working knowledge of People Net ,TMW, DOT / ELD</li>
