</p><p></p><div><div><div><div><p>We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles across North America. You will partner with hiring managers to design talent strategies, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, leverage recruiting KPIs to drive improvements, and ensure accurate reporting and compliance. This role combines hands‑on sourcing with data‑driven recruiting and stakeholder coaching.
</p></div></div><div></div><div><div><p>Key responsibilities
</p></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for specialist to mid‑senior level roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
</li><li>Manage Workday Recruiting processes in collaboration with the global team: create/maintain job requisition templates and workflows.
</li><li>Monitor and interpret recruiting KPIs (time‑to‑fill, time‑to‑hire, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, pipeline conversion, quality of hire, diversity metrics, cost‑per‑hire) and translate insights into targeted actions.
</li><li>Ensure accurate capture and maintenance of demographic/EEO data and support regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
</li><li>Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies: direct search, talent pools, social recruiting and employer‑branding campaigns.
</li><li>Partner with marketing to develop creative recruitment campaigns for social platforms and job boards.
</li><li>Support campus and industry outreach events and employer‑branding initiatives.
</li><li>Mentor and coach junior recruiters; contribute to team capability building and best practices.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and local employment laws.
</li><li>Lead special projects as assigned by leadership.
</li></ul></div></div><div></div><div><div><p>Qualifications
</p></div></div><div><div><ul><li>8+ years full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, technology or B2B environments.
</li><li>Preferred in‑house/company recruiting experience.
</li><li>Hands‑on experience with ATS systems, preferably Workday Recruiting.
</li><li>Strong data fluency: experience building reports/dashboards and using recruiting metrics to drive strategy.
</li><li>Demonstrated experience with compliance and regulatory reporting.
</li><li>Advanced sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach).
</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and coaching skills.
</li><li>Highly organized, able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
