This position requires you to be at the Lucas, TX property 5 days per week. Must be able to work weekends. Must be available for variable shifts between 8am-8pm CST. The office will move in the future to Dallas, TX near downtown. 
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Virtual/Remote Store Manager in Lucas, TX, you will be the first point of contact for customers via video, phone, chat, and email for several locations. This position requires you to be at the Lucas, TX Store ans work in a Dallas, TX office in the future. You&rsquo;ll assist with inquiries about unit availability, pricing, rentals, payments, and general support. Your goal is to deliver excellent customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and help customers find the best storage solution for their needs. You will be primarily measured on your ability to drive high occupancy of the store through both retaining and attracting new customers &ndash; we will also look at &ldquo;leading metrics&rdquo; that drive that performance.

Responsibilities<ul><li>
Answer inbound video and phone calls, chats, and emails from current and prospective customers.</li><li>
Provide information about storage units, pricing, availability, and company policies.</li><li>
Assist customers with reservations, account questions, and payment processing.</li><li>
Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when necessary.</li><li>
Follow scripts and company procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.</li><li>
Meet performance goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and productivity.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and storage management systems.</li><li>
Uphold a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.</li></ul>
Requirements:<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
2+ year of customer service, call center, or sales experience.</li><li>
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).</li><li>
Comfortable with computers, phone systems, and web-based tools.</li><li>
Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.</li></ul>
Preferred Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience in the self-storage or property management industry.</li><li>
Familiarity with storage software (e.g., SSM).</li></ul></div>
