We&rsquo;re looking for a reliable, organized, and driven Warehouse Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly and support our technicians in the field.
Compensation:
$24 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities:
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Support daily warehouse operations with little to no interruption to service needs</li><li>
Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and purchase orders</li><li>
Pick, prepare, and stage materials for installations and service jobs</li><li>
Oversee and direct the loading of installation trucks for scheduled jobs</li><li>
Review daily replenishment needs and order materials as required</li><li>
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts (truck, weekly, and monthly warehouse counts)</li><li>
Update pricing and model numbers in ServiceTitan</li><li>
Sign tools in and out to technicians and track returns</li><li>
Ensure all equipment and material returns are processed properly</li><li>
Procure materials not currently in stock</li><li>
Monitor and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization</li><li>
Complete building and parking area maintenance tasks as needed</li><li>
Analyze inventory data and identify trends or improvement opportunities</li><li>
Assist in creating truck layouts, warehouse labeling systems, and organizational drawings</li></ul>
Qualifications:
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
Previous warehouse, inventory, or supply chain experience preferred</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Comfortable using computers and software systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)</li><li>
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>
Strong communication and teamwork skills</li><li>
Willingness to learn and grow within the company</li><li>
Resourceful problem solver with a proactive mindset</li></ul>
