Trust Washing Sand LLC is looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Female Accounts cum Secretary to join our growing team.The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to handle administrative tasks efficiently, and maintain professional interactions with clients and suppliers.Freshers are very welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer and manage phone calls and client inquiries</li><li>Check, respond to, and organize emails</li><li>Prepare and process invoices</li><li>Update Statements of Account (SOA)</li><li>Monitor accounts and follow up on payments</li><li>Prepare and process VAT-related documents</li><li>Process employee payroll</li><li>Maintain and organize company files and records</li><li>Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Female applicants only</li><li>Age below 30 years old</li><li>Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li></ul>Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
