RECEPTIONISTThe Receptionist is a vital part of our organization, responsible for creating a positive first impression by delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves welcoming visitors, managing incoming communications, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment.Eligibility<ul><li>Candidates with own visa or spouse visa only</li><li>Female candidates preferred</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors courteously and ensure a professional, welcoming reception at all times.</li><li>Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly.</li><li>Maintain a neat, organized, and presentable front desk and reception area.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar activities.</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries efficiently.</li><li>Monitor office supplies and arrange timely replenishment when required.</li><li>Provide administrative assistance and data entry support to various departments.</li><li>Adhere to company policies, security procedures, and front desk protocols.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or a related field; additional office administration training is an advantage.</li><li>Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or in a similar administrative role is an advantage.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using standard office equipment.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Professional demeanor and presentable appearance.</li><li>Must currently reside in the UAE with a valid own or spouse visa.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Outstanding customer service skills</li><li>High level of attention to detail</li><li>Effective time management and multitasking</li><li>Dependability and reliability</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED2,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
