About the Role:We are looking for a results-driven and creative Marketing Executive to lead and execute our digital marketing campaigns end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, and other digital platforms, with a strong ability to plan, run, optimize, and analyze campaigns for performance. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and measurable business growth through data-backed marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram), Google Ads, and Email, ensuring maximum ROI and performance.</li><li>Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS to inform data-driven decisions.</li><li>Manage and grow the company&rsquo;s presence on social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.</li><li>Develop creative content and ad copies tailored for different audiences and campaign goals.</li><li>Collaborate with designers and vendors to develop marketing assets and promotional materials.</li><li>Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities for growth.</li><li>Prepare detailed performance and analytics reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.</li><li>Support email marketing, website updates, product launches, and event promotions as needed.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing communications.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of proven experience in running and optimizing Meta, Google Ads and Email campaigns (TikTok Ads experience is a plus).</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and KPIs (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).</li><li>Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make campaign optimizations to improve ROI.</li><li>Experience with SEO, content marketing, and email marketing campaigns.</li><li>Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).</li><li>Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to brief creative teams effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.</li><li>Creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Good to Have):<ul><li>Experience in SEO/SEM, Meta, Google Ads, or paid social campaigns.</li><li>Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).</li><li>Basic video editing or content creation skills.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Strategic thinking</li><li>Creativity and innovation</li><li>Analytical mindset</li><li>Team collaboration</li><li>Time management</li><li>Adaptability</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Salary Range: &#8377;20,000 &ndash; &#8377;50,000 per month (based on experience and skills).</li><li>Additional performance-based incentives.</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Work closely with a passionate team.</li><li>Opportunity to work on diverse marketing projects.</li><li>Exposure to strategic brand building and digital marketing campaigns.</li><li>Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.</li><li>Fast-paced, learning-focused work culture.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
