Private Banking Credit Counsel &ndash; Legal Secondment</b></h3>
<p><b>

<p>
This engagement is ideal for a mid-to-senior level attorney with strong secured lending experience who is interested in gaining sophisticated in-house exposure within a globally recognized financial institution.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Position Overview</b></h3>
<p>
The selected attorney will support legal matters related to customized lending solutions for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and private investment structures. Transactions involve a broad range of collateralized credit products, including:</p>
<ul>
<li>Investment and brokerage accounts</li>
<li>Fine art collections and luxury assets</li>
<li>Interests in private investment vehicles</li>
<li>Commercial and residential real estate holdings</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Primary Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Prepare, review, and negotiate loan and collateral documentation, including credit agreements, guaranties, pledge agreements, and ancillary lending documents</li>
<li>Advise internal business and credit stakeholders on transaction structuring, enforceability, and legal risk considerations</li>
<li>Analyze borrower structures involving trusts, estates, LLCs, partnerships, and related entities</li>
<li>Coordinate with outside counsel and review supporting legal opinions and diligence materials</li>
<li>Support a fast-moving pipeline of sophisticated private banking transactions</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h3>
<ul><li>J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar membership</li>
<li>At least 5 years of experience handling lending and finance transactions in either a law firm or in-house legal department</li>
<li>Strong experience with contract drafting, issue spotting, and transactional document review</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment</li>
</ul>
<p>This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with an elite private banking platform and gain hands-on experience with complex credit products serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients &mdash; all within a fully remote setting.</p>
