We deliver Managed IT Services (AMC), Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, networking, backup solutions, compliance and IT projects.</li><li>Our back office will focus on all our sales, customer service, operations &amp; remote IT support.</li></ul>We are looking for a disciplined and proactive Sales Coordinator to manage inquiries, quotations, renewals, purchases, invoices and follow-ups to support revenue growth and ensure no opportunity is missed.Role Overview:This role requires strong follow-up discipline, organized pipeline tracking, and professional communication with clients and suppliers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Monitoring &amp; replying to sales emails &amp; inquiries.</li><li>Learn details about our product and service offerings.</li><li>Address any questions or issues customers may have.</li><li>Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.</li><li>Schedule &amp; Coordinate meetings of potential clients with the manager.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, procurement, and deliveries.</li><li>Preparing Quotations &amp; costing.</li><li>Following up with clients to close quotes successfully.</li><li>Increase Company client base with quality customers.</li><li>Entering, updating &amp; maintaining clear &amp; correct data into CRM.</li><li>To retain existing customers and upsell services to achieve customer retention.</li><li>Assisting in achieving and exceeding company total monthly sales targets.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Coordinator.</li><li>Excellent phone &amp; email communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively.</li><li>Good Command over the English Language is a must.</li><li>Demonstrated track record of performance and commitment.</li><li>Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.</li><li>Good organizational skills.</li><li>Willing to be trained and acquire knowledge in less time.</li></ul>Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Sales Coordinator: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Handling emails &amp; enquiries: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Preparing quotations for clients: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Procurement: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Follow up &amp; Winning quotations sent to clients: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>Invoicing: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Read, Write, Speak) (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
