This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Business Partner to lead Truveta's compensation and benefits programs. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping to design and scale programs that attract, reward, and retain top talent.

You will partner closely with our Chief People Officer and leadership team to ensure Truveta's total rewards programs reflect our values, support equitable growth, and remain competitive in a fast-evolving market. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of compensation and benefits with the agility and curiosity needed to thrive in a startup environment.

In this role, you will:
<ul>
<li>Lead the execution and continuous improvement of Truveta's compensation philosophy, ensuring our pay practices are fair, transparent, and market-competitive.</li>
<li>Design, manage, and communicate the Growth &amp; Impact performance process, aligning performance management, rewards, and career development.</li>
<li>Partner with Finance and People leaders to manage compensation benchmarking, modeling, and equity programs.</li>
<li>Oversee benefit program design, vendor relationships, compliance, and employee education to ensure a best-in-class employee experience.</li>
<li>Maintain and evolve Truveta's job level framework, career ladders, and progression tools, ensuring consistency and equity across functions.</li>
<li>Manage leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, and medical leave requests, ensuring compliance and compassionate employee support.</li>
</ul>
Key Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li>
<li>7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years specializing in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to design and implement compensation strategies, job frameworks, and career development programs.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and best practices for benefits administration and leave management.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical and communication skills &mdash; able to translate data into insights and influence decisions across the organization.</li>
<li>Proven success building trust and credibility with leaders while maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with HRIS and compensation tools (e.g., BambooHR, Carta, or similar platforms).</li>
<li>A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach with a passion for building equitable, scalable people programs.</li>

<li>The base pay for this position is $164,000 to $185,000. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented, friendly, and highly organized People Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety&mdash;balancing HR responsibilities such as onboarding and benefits administration with office management and event planning. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with engineering, legal, product, health, business development, marketing, and other teams to support the growth and health of our company.

Responsibilities will include:
<ul>
<li>Onboarding &amp; Orientation: Lead and manage the full end to end onboarding process for new employees and contractors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.</li>
<li>Benefits Administration: Oversee day-to-day benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, employee questions, and working with vendors to ensure compliance and accuracy.</li>
<li>HR Compliance &amp; Records: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records; ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and company standards.</li>
<li>Employee Engagement: Serve as a resource for employees, supporting questions related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.</li>
<li>Event Support: Provide critical logistical support for a variety of events throughout the year.</li>
<li>Office &amp; Event Management
<ul><li>Manage office logistics, including supplies, equipment, conference rooms, and overall office environment.</li>
<li>Support the executive team with key administrative needs, such as ordering meals, scheduling, and logistics for leadership and Board of Directors meetings.</li>
<li>Coordinate employee travel and logistics for external company events, including conferences.</li>
<li>Manage company swag inventory, ordering, and distribution.</li>
</ul>
</li></ul>Key Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Degree in business, organizational development, HR, or related field OR equivalent experience.</li>
<li>2-3 years of prior HR experience, with exposure to benefits administration, onboarding, and employee relations.</li>
<li>At least 2 years of administrative or recruiting support experience.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of MS Office, HRIS tools, and office management systems.</li>
<li>Familiarity with office equipment and applications (e.g., e-calendars, video conferencing).</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.</li>
<li>Proactive problem-solving mindset and strong project management skills.</li>
<li>Commitment to fostering workplace diversity and inclusivity.</li>
<li>Must work onsite at our Bellevue, WA headquarters for a minimum of three days/week.</li>
