 ● Proven experience (2+ years) managing commercial interior design and
 
 
 construction projects.
 
 
 ● Strong understanding of interior design principles and construction processes.
 
 
 ● Excellent leadership and communication skills.
 
 
 ● Proficiency in project management tools and software.
 
 
 ● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Project Manager

 As Project Manager - PM, you will be responsible for the complete project scheduling, monitoring
 
 
 and project management from the 10%-100% stage, ensuring that the project is executed by
 
 
 various vendors as per the design inputs and on time.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Coordinating with Vendors and Purchase Team to ensure works are completed timely on
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 sites.

 Make a detailed project schedule with dependencies and keep all stakeholders including

 the Client updated of advancements in the project.

 Red flag delays and prepare catch up plans.
 </li>

 Prepare WPR (Weekly Progress Report) to be sent to the customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand drawings(2D/3D) of all disciplines (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc).
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring execution and design match at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate drawings, BOQ &amp; site.
 </li>
 <li>
 Auditing the site work by doing regular site inspections as well as monitoring remotely.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring that all quality and timeline related requirements are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Single point of contact for customers during the project execution stage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effectively communicating with clients, designers and other stakeholders to resolve
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 issues if any.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Updating of project trackers &amp; summaries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keeping client satisfaction in mind and ensuring you meet their expectations in terms of
 
 
 </li>

 Requirements

 3 years of minimum experience in the modular furniture and residential interiors industry.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 The candidate must have good knowledge with regards to measurement standards and
 
 
 hardware standards in the modular furniture industry.

 Proactive and capable of prioritizing work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extremely high level of ownership and learning aptitude.
 </li>
 <li>
 Candidate must be proficient in English.
 </li>

 Candidate must have a two-wheeler and he must be comfortable in travelling on an
