We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with minimum 5 years of experience, preferably within a UAE Free Zone environment, to manage and oversee our financial operations in SAIF Zone, Sharjah.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts &amp; Finance<ul><li>Maintain accurate day-to-day financial transactions in accounting systems</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial activities</li><li>Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash efficiently</li><li>Handle online banking transactions and coordinate with banks</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports</li><li>Provide financial reports and insights to support management decision-making</li><li>Track expenses and implement effective cost control measures</li><li>Analyze financial data and recommend improvements for better financial performance</li><li>Coordinate with banks and fulfill all banking requirements (documentation, compliance, etc.)</li></ul>Audit &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Assist internal and external auditors during audit processes</li><li>Provide required financial documents and reports for audits</li><li>Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies</li><li>Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with experience in UAE Free Zones (preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and compliance</li><li>Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or ERP systems)</li><li>Good understanding of banking processes in the UAE</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li></ul>Location<ul><li>SAIF Zone, Sharjah, UAE</li></ul>Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
