We&rsquo;re Hiring! | HR Executive / HR ManagerWe&rsquo;re looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our sales and marketing agency based in Noida Sector 2. TS Buildtech Pvt. Ltd.The ideal candidate must have 3&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee management, preferably within the sales and marketing industry.Role Overview:As an HR Executive / HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle &mdash; from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in building a strong team culture and supporting the company&rsquo;s growth goals.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, and support teams.</li><li>Create job descriptions, screen candidates, schedule and conduct interviews.</li><li>Design and manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees.</li><li>Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, terms &amp; conditions and HR laws.</li><li>Handle employee grievances, resolve workplace issues, and maintain healthy employee relations.</li><li>Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal communication programs.</li><li>Assist in performance evaluation and appraisal processes.</li><li>Coordinate training and development programs to improve employee skills.</li><li>Work closely with management on HR planning and strategic people initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or relevant field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of HR experience in a sales-driven organization or company.</li><li>Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment platforms, and compliance processes.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools.</li><li>Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-oriented environment.</li></ul>Location:Noida Sector 2Experience:3&ndash;5 Years (Real Estate or Sales Industry preferred)Salary:&#8377;3.5 &ndash; &#8377;4.5 LPA (based on experience and skills)Job Type:Full-time | On-siteTo Apply:Send your updated resume to 9758587628 with the subject line &ldquo;Application &ndash; HR Executive / HR ManagerJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
