Our ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of clients and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable moving between Quickbooks online and desktop. You need a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.A typical day will include:<ul><li>Working on several client accounts in a day</li><li>Basic bookkeeping functions such as Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Payroll, etc.</li><li>Preparing and filing sales tax returns into multiple states</li><li>Preparing/Updating Excel spreadsheets</li><li>Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of QuickBooks desktop and online required</li><li>Knowledge of Sage 100 ERP or InxSql a plus</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills required</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>QuickBooks: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Quakertown, PA 18951
