TSMC is looking for an <b>Operations Resources Planning Engineer</b> to support the company&rsquo;s profitable growth through capital-effective demand fulfillment and catalyzing the company&rsquo;s optimal business operation by managing capacity and improving processes. The mission of this job is to achieve boundary-less corporate business operation through rationalization and integration of business processes.</p>
<p><b>
Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Plan and manage capacity to ensure optimal production efficiency and resource utilization.</li>
<li>Drive productivity improvements by analyzing workflows and identifying areas for optimization.</li>
<li>Evaluate and control capital investments to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints and strategic goals.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure layout designs align with operational and process requirements.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:</b></p>
<p><b>
Education:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelors or Master&rsquo;s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related fields are preferred.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Technical Skills:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong analytical skills for capacity planning and productivity improvement.</li>
<li>Project management and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>1 year of experience in semiconductor industrial engineering or manufacturing is preferred.</li>
<li>Being able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and result-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Proactive working attitude, good communication, and presentation skills.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Interpersonal Skills:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Good communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.</li>
<li>Regular and consistent communication with headquarters to ensure alignment on goals, processes, and updates.</li>
<li>Strong teamwork spirit and a proactive learning attitude.</li>
<li>Fluency in Mandarin speaking, listening, and writing is a plus.</li></ul><br>

TSMC is looking for a &ldquo;Fab Production Control Planner&rdquo; to bridge capacity support and Demand fulfillment within headquarter demand planning, Operation Resource Planning and Fab Manufacturing team. The mission of this job is to reliably fulfill customer orders through competitive manufacturing cycle time, quick response to demand / order changes and accurate delivery schedule with agile production planning.</p>
<p><b>
 </b>Job Responsibilities</p>
<p>
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Fab operations management: NTO pilots and priority lots management, production wafer scheduling, In-line WIP management, key bottleneck tool performance monitor and cycle time performance management.</li>
<li>Operation KPI monitor and schedule/ resource control</li>
<li>Streamline procedures and logistics to ensure on-time delivery to customers</li>
</ul>
<p> Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:</p>
<p><b>
Education:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>A master&rsquo;s degree in industrial engineering or related fields are preferred.</li></ul><br>
<p></p>
<p><b>
Technical Skills:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>2 years working experience of Fab operation or production planning with knowledge about IC process and logistic flow is preferred.</li>
<li>Programming skills for data analysis &ndash; SQL, Excel VBA, and Power Bi.</li>
<li> Project management and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and result-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Proactive working attitude, good communication, and presentation skills.</li>
</ul>
