Job Title: Freight Forward CoordinatorJob Overview:The Freight Forward Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the shipment of goods across domestic and international locations. This role ensures timely delivery, proper documentation, compliance with regulations, and effective communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:1- Coordinate and manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations (air, sea, and land shipments).2- Arrange bookings with carriers, shipping lines, and airlines.3- Prepare and review shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.).4- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.5- Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.6- Handle import and export documentation and customs clearance processes.7- Liaise with transporters, warehouses, and customs brokers.8- Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delays or disruptions proactively.9- Calculate freight costs, prepare quotations, and manage invoicing.10- Maintain accurate records of shipments and documentation.11- Coordinate cargo insurance and claims when necessary.12- Ensure proper handling of hazardous or special cargo (if applicable).13- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and logistics partners.14- Optimize shipping routes and costs for efficiency.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications1- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.2- Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations.3- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations.4- Familiarity with shipping terms (Incoterms).5- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).6- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.7- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.8- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.9- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Please share your CV on WhatsApp +971 58 577 8213Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
