We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Sales Engineer to lead our business development efforts in the electrical panel and automation segment. The ideal candidate will have in-depth industry knowledge, strong client networking skills, and a proven track record in B2B industrial sales and marketing.Industry: Electrical (LT Panel Manufacturing)Location: New Town, KolkataReporting to: MD/ CEOKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets</li><li>Generate new business opportunities in electrical panels, LT/HT switchboards, and automation solutions.</li><li>Manage existing client relationships and ensure repeat business through excellent service and technical support.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.</li><li>Prepare technical &amp; commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.Coordinate with the Design, Production, and Project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.</li><li>Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the brand and solutions.</li><li>Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and report performance metrics to management.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong understanding of electrical panels (PCC, MCC etc.) and automation systems.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong client relationship Management and business development abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of electrical drawings, single line diagrams, and project estimation is an added advantage.</li><li>Leadership qualities with team management experience.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DEE)/ B.Tech in Electrical EngineeringMinimum 4-5 years of experience in sales and marketing of electrical panel boards and automation system.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

JOB TITLE: Accounts ExecutiveDEPARTMENT: Finance &amp; AccountsJOB SUMMARY: The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-today accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, supporting statutory compliance, and assisting in financial reporting. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and working knowledge of accounting software and GST/TDS regulations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Daily Accounting Activities<ul><li>Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).</li><li>Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.</li><li>Handle petty cash, vouchers, and journal entries.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and vendor/ customer balances</li></ul>2. Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable<ul><li>Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and follow up for approvals.</li><li>Prepare payments (NEFT/ RTGS/ Cheques).</li><li>Follow up for receivables and maintain ageing reports.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors/ customers for pending dues.</li></ul>3. Taxation &amp; Statutory Compliance<ul><li>Prepare GST workings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)</li><li>Assist in TDS deduction, deposit, and return filing.</li><li>Maintain records for statutory audits.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company financial policies.</li></ul>4. Reporting and Documentation<ul><li>Prepare monthly MIS reports (cash flow, expense statements, ledger summaries)</li><li>Assist in closing monthly and annual accounts.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and file management.</li><li>Support internal and external audit teams.</li></ul>5. Coordination &amp; Support<ul><li>Coordinate with procurement, HR, and Operations for invoice verification.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control tasks.</li><li>Support management in financial analysis when required.</li></ul>6. Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles.</li><li>Hands on experience with Tally ERP/ SAP/ Zoho Books.</li><li>Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS)</li><li>Accuracy, attention to details, and time management.</li><li>Good communication skills.</li></ul>7*. Educational Qualifications*<ul><li>B.Com/ M.Com</li><li>Additional certification in accounting or GST is a plus</li></ul>8*.
