This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a passion for driving business growth.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.</li><li>Identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate with them effectively.</li><li>Generate qualified leads through various channels including marketing, events, and partnerships.</li><li>Maintain and update customer databases.</li><li>Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.</li><li>Track and report on sales performance metrics.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.</li><li>Analyze competitors and develop strategies to increase market share.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.</li><li>Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.</li><li>Monitor and analyze marketing and sales data to measure effectiveness.</li><li>Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings and follow up communication with clients</li><li>Formulate customer retention plans.</li><li>Ensure generating the opportunity through Referral programs from the existing customers</li><li>Conduct and participate in daily, weekly and monthly review meetings.</li><li>Provide onsite support if required.</li><li>Payment followup from the clients.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Types: Full-time, Permanent.Qualification and Experience<ul><li>Any UG/PG graduation is mandatory</li><li>Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in sales management in Advertising / Events or Exhibitions .</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer knowledge</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ﷼3,500.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
