Job Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of how to engage audiences across various platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive engagement, and support our overall marketing goals.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Create engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Utilize SEO techniques to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.</li><li>Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends.</li><li>Manage social media accounts using tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to refine strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.</li><li>Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.</li><li>Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and enhance searchability.</li><li>Assist in public relations efforts by crafting press releases and managing media relationships.</li><li>Create video content for social media platforms, utilizing video editing skills as needed.</li><li>Ensure all content is proofread for accuracy and aligns with branding guidelines.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.</li><li>Experience with content creation, graphic design, and photography is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce strategies and online branding is a plus.</li><li>Proficient in using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, and other relevant applications.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship management.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
