Key Responsibilities
Management
<ul><li>Lead and develop teams through hiring, mentoring, and performance management.</li><li>
Allocate and manage resources strategically to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across projects.</li><li>
Communicate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable plans.</li><li>
Establish processes and standards for governance, quality, and efficiency.</li><li>
Manage risks and issues to keep initiatives on track.</li><li>
Drive continuous improvement in team performance and delivery practices.</li><li>
Foster a positive, accountable team culture focused on collaboration and results.</li></ul>
Technical
<ul><li>Work directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure satisfaction with deliverables.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing proactive support.</li><li>
Design, develop, and maintain software applications across a variety of platforms.</li><li>
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript (and frameworks like React or Angular), Ruby, Go, or others as required.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.</li><li>
Adapt to changing project scopes, technologies, and client needs with ease.</li><li>
Stay current with emerging technologies and programming trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.</li><li>
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps for projects.</li><li>
Document application processes, code structures, and development workflows.</li><li>
Prepare and produce releases of software components.</li></ul> 

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Required Qualifications</h3>
<ul><li>With bachelor's degree: 7+ years of progressive development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role.</li><li>
Without bachelor's degree: 10+ years of relevant development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.</li></ul>
Knowledge and Skills:
<ul><li>Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, including Agile methodologies.</li><li>
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).</li><li>
Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and APIs (REST, GraphQL).</li><li>
Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>
Background in developing web, mobile, or desktop applications.</li><li>
Knowledge of modern architectural styles such as microservices, serverless, or event-driven architectures.</li><li>
Knowledge of data analytics, machine learning, or AI integration is a plus.</li><li>
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices.</li></ul>
