<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Position Overview</b></h2>
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, and enhance solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. This role will focus on customizing and extending system capabilities, while also supporting testing processes and ensuring high-quality deployments.<p></p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul>
<li>Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (including entities, workflows, plugins, and integrations)</li>
<li>Build and maintain custom components using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)</li>
<li>Configure and extend Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirements</li>
<li>Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (APIs, data flows, etc.)</li>
<li>Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design and configuration details</li>
<li>Develop, execute, and maintain test scripts in Jira to validate system functionality</li>
<li>Own and update test scripts in alignment with system enhancements and releases</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and system bugs</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Business Analysts) to translate requirements into technical solutions</li>

Qualifications</b></p>
<ul><li><p>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE or Finance &amp; Operations) development</p></li><li><p>
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics SDK</p></li><li><p>
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)</p></li><li><p>
Experience building integrations using REST APIs, Azure services, or middleware tools</p></li><li><p>
Familiarity with ALM practices, including source control and CI/CD pipelines</p></li><li><p>

<p>We are seeking a highly collaborative and technically strong Software Developer who will also serve as Scrum Master for one or more product squads. This hybrid role combines hands-on software development with facilitation of agile processes to ensure effective sprint execution, continuous improvement, and high-quality product delivery.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate thrives both in writing clean, scalable code and in enabling teams to operate with clarity, accountability, and predictability.</p><br>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>1. Software Development (Approx. 50&ndash;70%)</b></h3>
