Responsibilities<ul><li>
Automate provisioning of infrastructure, including installation and configuration of third-party components, to ensure efficient delivery of stable dev, test, and staging environments</li><li>
Design, implement, monitor, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to allow development teams to deploy solutions into dev, test, and staging environments</li><li>
Automate additional routine tasks where possible</li><li>
Collaborate with development teams and leadership on a daily basis to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues in lower environments and processes</li><li>
Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency of development organization</li><li>
Exemplify a culture of innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving</li><li>
Product owner experience is a must.</li></ul>
Qualification<ul><li>
Total experience should be 9 to 13.</li><li>
5 years of strong devops / automation experience</li><li>
Conceptual understanding of devops topics like CI/CD and infrastructure as code</li><li>
Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and GCP, including container orchestration offerings, infrastructure automation tools, and logging/monitoring tools.</li><li>
Strong experience in GCP infrastructure services (at least 3 years)</li><li>
Experience with Docker and container orchestration such as Kubernetes</li><li>
Experience with Git and GitOps, build tools like Jenkins or, collaboration tools like Jira, Rally and Confluence</li><li>
Proficiency with one or more scripting languages</li><li>
Fluency with basic networking concepts</li><li>
Comfortable in Linux environments</li><li>
Ability to diagnose and resolve computer system and operational issues</li><li>
A passion for automation and efficiency</li><li>
A desire to teach and to learn</li><li>
Self-motivated and independent. Able to drive projects to completion with minimal supervision</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to relay complex topics to both technical and non-technical team members</li></ul>
Preferred Qualification<ul><li>
7 years of strong devops / automation experience</li><li>
Proficiency with multiple scripting languages</li><li>
Experience securing and managing PCI-compliant environments</li><li>
Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum.</li></ul>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Summary of This Role</h2>
Provides technical support for Unix Operating Systems (OS) and components to ensure readiness, performance, resources, and security meets the needs of the client. Serves as a technical resource for systems design, installation, configuration and client provisioning. Monitors daily operations, providing maintenance and remediation of system issues.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What Part Will You Play?</h2><ul><li>
Installs and configures basic Unix (such as: Linux for Issuing; HP-UX for Acquiring) server equipment and core software with base or default settings and configuration changes in accordance with written guidelines (Build and Hardening guide) specific to Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards as directed. Performs basic user activation as directed. Assists with the provisioning of servers, services and end-user devices giving users access to data repositories or authorization to systems, network applications and databases.</li><li>
Performs daily system monitoring as directed, reviewing system and application logs, job status and reports findings to more experienced peers for evaluation of system resources. Assists with providing initial (level one) technical support for internal/external customer requests with basic services to include forgotten passwords, account set up and access. Escalate issues requiring more experience and in-depth knowledge. Provide basic support of diagnosing and correcting bottlenecks as directed.</li><li>
Assists with maintenance of basic Unix infrastructure environment, server equipment, firmware, and installs basic Operating System (OS) patches and upgrades on current and new Unix projects as directed. Assists with maintaining performance tuning as directed to report and identify performance trends and capacity planning. Assists with deploying the change control process for planning and implementing system changes. Maintains data center environmental and monitoring equipment as directed.</li><li>
Assists with disaster recovery and business continuity by conducting basic tasks (starting servers and bringing services on-line) in a Unix environment. Performs routine backup and recovery for data protection and integrity for basic Unix (Linux) servers; monitor Unix infrastructure as directed.</li><li>
May interact with the respective client service representatives and works with various levels of team members across business units within the company. Provides team members with basic supporting documentation. May attend status calls when requested and provide basic technical support.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What Are We Looking For in This Role?</h2>
Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree</li><li>
Relevant Experience or Degree in: Computer or other similar technical concentration; relevant experience and / or training in lieu of education</li><li>
Typically No Related Experience Required</li><li>
Experience with Redhat Linux systems administration.</li></ul> 
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Master's Degree</li><li>
