Job Profile: Head of MarketingDivision/Group: TT Lifesciences&#8239;Location: Andheri East (Mumbai)Joining: Immediate &ndash; 15 days&#8239;Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master&rsquo;s degree is preferred.Working days: Monday &ndash; Friday&#8239;(Sat and Sun fixed off)Experience : 15 &ndash; 20 yearsCompany Website: https://www.ttgroupworldwide.comJob Role &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and lead generation strategy that aligns with the company&rsquo;s business objectives.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.</li><li>Work closely with executive leadership to establish KPIs and measure the success of marketing and lead generation initiatives.</li><li>Strengthen brand positioning by creating a cohesive brand strategy across all marketing channels and touchpoints.</li><li>Oversee development and execution of creative campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement with target audiences.</li><li>Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with the brand&rsquo;s voice, messaging, and visual identity.</li><li>Drive lead generation across multiple channels, including paid media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and partnerships.</li><li>Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring high deliverability, open rates, and conversion performance.</li><li>Oversee the use of email automation tools and ensure proper audience segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking.</li><li>Optimize the customer journey to increase conversions through landing pages, CTAs, retargeting, and other methods.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies for account-based marketing (ABM) and B2B demand generation when appropriate.</li><li>Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, email marketing, PPC, and influencer partnerships.</li><li>Lead cross-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and brand loyalty.</li><li>Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, gain insights, and optimize campaigns continuously.</li><li>Collaborate with the content marketing team to ensure content aligns with lead-generation goals and customer needs.</li><li>Support product launches, create value-driven messaging, and oversee sales enablement materials development.</li><li>Ensure consistency in product messaging across all channels and alignment with the brand&rsquo;s positioning.</li><li>Use data analytics to track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, including ROI on lead generation activities.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and opportunities for growth.</li><li>Leverage A/B testing, customer insights, and analytics to make data-informed decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum results.</li><li>Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies for maximum ROI.</li><li>Allocate resources across channels and prioritize initiatives that deliver the highest impact.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Proven expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand strategy.</li><li>Strong understanding of email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo).</li><li>Hands-on experience in email campaign optimization, A/B testing, segmentation, and analytics.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.</li><li>Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.</li></ul>Share your application via email: sonal.pawar@ttlifesciences.com or whatsapp - 9987635873Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;80,000.00 - &#8377;104,580.48 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
