We are a team of educators, clinicians, and behavior specialists dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-based support that fosters meaningful progress across home, school, and community settings.Position Overview: We are seeking a part-time BCBA to join our growing multidisciplinary team. The BCBA will collaborate with educational staff, parents, and support personnel to develop and monitor effective behavioral programs that help students build adaptive, social, and academic skills. This position offers flexible hours and opportunities for creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop positive, individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)</li><li>Provide consultation and training to teachers, aides, and parents</li><li>Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions and progress monitoring</li><li>Model and coach implementation of behavior strategies in school and/or home environments</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during IEP meetings and student support planning</li><li>Ensure compliance with ethical and professional BCBA standards</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Current BCBA certification and good standing with the BACB</li><li>Experience providing school-based or educationally related behavioral services (preferred)</li><li>Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills</li><li>Passion for helping students with Autism, Emotional Disturbance, and other learning differences reach their goals</li><li>Ability to work independently and flexibly within a team environment</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive hourly rate (DOE)</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment</li><li>Opportunities for growth within a mission-driven organization</li></ul>If you are a compassionate and skilled BCBA looking for a flexible opportunity to make a meaningful impact, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Job Type: Part-timePay: $42.80 - $51.54 per hourExpected hours: 15 &ndash; 20 per weekWork Location: Hybrid remote in Wildomar, CA 92595
