Summary

The primary purpose of the Bilingual Maximo Tosca Consultant role is to lead and deliver Maximo testing and TOSCA automation services to customers using industry standards and best practices to meet TTC customer requirements. This consultant will work collaboratively to build and establish the overall QA process with a focus on Maximo workflows and model based test automation through TOSCA. Responsibilities also include mentoring QA personnel on Maximo testing methodologies, TOSCA frameworks, automation strategies, and other technical aspects. The consultant may also assist in general application support of Maximo production environments and systems while managing relationships with business owners, software vendors, auditors, and internal IT teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong Maximo functional knowledge, hands on TOSCA automation experience, and the ability to lead both functional and technical QA efforts. This person must be proactive, strategic, technically strong, and capable of performing hands on work as needed. The consultant must be located in Houston as this role may require on site collaboration.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Consult with the customer on the design and implementation of comprehensive Test Activities across Maximo modules and TOSCA automation that satisfy Test Objectives and ensure sustainable product Quality throughout the SDLC</li>
<li>Advise on all aspects of QA including Maximo specific best practices, establishing metrics, applying effective TOSCA automation strategies, and developing tools and processes to meet quality goals</li>
<li>Develop, plan, execute, and maintain Maximo test cases, TOSCA scripts, plans, and protocols for solutions under development</li>
<li>Participate in the deployment of Maximo enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and major implementations</li>
<li>Complete User Acceptance Testing to validate end to end Maximo workflows</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for Maximo test process optimization and TOSCA framework improvements with a focus on continuous improvement and customer value</li>
<li>Establish and evolve formal QA processes for Maximo projects while ensuring that the team is using best practices and scalable TOSCA automation approaches</li>
<li>Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of Maximo releases and TOSCA automation delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships</li>
<li>Work with project management to meet Maximo testing milestones and deliver high quality automated and manual test solutions on time</li>
<li>Lead, collaborate, and mentor QA team members on Maximo testing methods and TOSCA automation best practices while expanding team capabilities</li>
</ul>
Technical Skills
<ul>
<li>Strong hands on experience with Maximo including functional workflows, work management, asset management, work order processing, and configuration</li>
<li>Hands on experience with TOSCA automation including modules, test case design, execution, and automation framework development</li>
<li>Experience automating Maximo applications with TOSCA including navigation, test case creation, and development of reusable automation assets</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to explain Maximo and TOSCA technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Leadership experience guiding QA professionals in Maximo testing and TOSCA automation</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within complex project environments</li>
<li>Experience with SDLC including business planning, functional requirements analysis, and application design</li>
<li>Strong analytical, decision making, and problem solving skills related to Maximo functionality and TOSCA automation</li>
<li>Experience working in Agile and Waterfall development environments</li>
<li>Experience with large scale Maximo deployments, implementations, support, or upgrade projects is preferred</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field</li>
<li>7+ years of experience in Software Development and Quality Assurance including User Acceptance Testing, Functional Testing, Performance Testing, Manual and Automated Testing. UAT experience is required</li>
<li>3-6 years of Maximo Functional Testing experience is highly preferred</li>
<li>2-4 years of hands on TOSCA automation experience is highly preferred</li>
<li>Candidate must be located in Houston</li>
<li>ISTQB Certification preferred</li>
