<div>TTC is looking for an experienced and innovative Lead Engineer to manage the Modernized Software Baseline for the Command-and-Control Systems Engineering Technology (C2SET) program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, cloud-based services, and military operations. This role involves designing and architecting model behaviors to represent operationally relevant capabilities using Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM) or other Modeling and Simulation (M&amp;S) frameworks.</div>

<div></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div>
<div><b>Software Development:</b></div>
<ul><li>Relevant experience in developing systems using C++, AFSIM, Python, Web services, and other necessary programming languages.</li>
</ul><div><b>Cloud and RESTful Services:</b></div>
<ul><li>Leverage experience with cloud-based services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure, as well as RESTful architectures to enhance and modernize software solutions.</li>
</ul><div><b>Military Operations and Planning:</b></div>
<ul><li>Experience in military planning, operations, and wargaming to ensure software solutions align with and support military requirements.</li>
</ul><div><b>Design and Architecture:</b></div>
<ul><li>Design and architect model behaviors that represent operationally relevant capabilities using AFSIM or other M&amp;S frameworks, ensuring high fidelity and operational applicability in simulations.</li>
</ul><div><b>Innovation and Modernization:</b></div>
<ul><li>Lead the modernization of legacy systems by integrating advanced technologies and methodologies to enhance operational capabilities and system performance.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in software development using languages such as C++, AFSIM, Python, and Web services.</li>
<li>At least 2 years of experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure) and RESTful architectures.</li>
<li>At least 2 years of experience in military planning, operations, and wargaming.</li>
<li>Secret Security Clearance required.</li>

This critical role involves developing, sustaining, and transitioning legacy Command and Control Systems Engineering Technology (C2SET) and Air Force Modeling and Simulation Training Toolkit (AFMSTT) software systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in military mission planning, operations, and wargaming, along with a proven track record in simulation training and cloud-based services. The Legacy Lead Engineer will ensure the operational sustainability of all training, simulation, and stimulation artifacts, providing support for legacy changes and integration.</div>

<div></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div>
<div><b>Software Development and Sustainment:</b></div>
<ul><li>Lead the development and operational sustainment of C2SET/AFMSTT, ensuring the upkeep and enhancement of current models, systems, and interfaces.</li>
<li>Ensure the legacy operational sustainment of all operational training, simulation, and stimulation artifacts, maintaining their effectiveness and relevance.</li>
</ul><div><b>Cloud and RESTful Services:</b></div>
<ul><li>Utilize experience with cloud-based services (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure) and RESTful architectures to support and enhance legacy systems.</li>
</ul><div><b>Military Operations and Planning:</b></div>
<ul><li>Relevant experience in military mission planning, operations, and wargaming to support mission-critical functions and ensure alignment with military requirements.</li>
</ul><div><b>Simulation Training:</b></div>
<ul><li>Utilize relevant experience in simulation training at various levels, particularly working with Air Operations Centers (AOCs), to support training and operational readiness.</li>
</ul><div><b>Legacy Change Management:</b></div>
<ul><li>Manage legacy Change Requests (CR), Defect Reports (DR), GitLab ticket changes, user priorities, exercise urgent DRs, Operational Support (OS), fielding changes, exercise changes, etc.</li>
</ul><div><b>Design and Architecture:</b></div>
<ul><li>Design and architect legacy Air and Space Command and Control Environment (ASCCE) and Federation fielding and integration support to maintain and extend the capabilities of legacy systems.</li>
</ul><div><b>Transition Engineering:</b></div>
<ul><li>Support the transition of engineering attributes marked for transition, ensuring a smooth and efficient migration to new systems or platforms.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>Relevant experience in developing and operationally sustaining C2SET/AFMSTT, including current models, systems, and interfaces.</li>

<ul><li>Develop and manage core platform services, implementing Infrastructure as Code practices for consistent and repeatable infrastructure provisioning and management.</li>

<ul><li>Design and maintain systems to achieve high reliability and availability, ensuring that platform services are robust, dependable, and perform well under various conditions.</li>
