Tagg-N-Go Car Wash is looking for a skilled Maintenance Apprentice to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across our Northern Utah locations. As a Maintenance Technician, you&rsquo;ll play a vital role in keeping our car wash sites running smoothly. This position requires travel 2-3 days per week, including occasional overnight trips. Those with additional experience are encouraged to apply&mdash;pay is based on experience.

This position typically works 40-50 per week and must have night and weekend availability.
Requirements:

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assist with maintenance and repairs to ensure all sites are operating efficiently.</li><li>
Travel between locations within your designated area to help perform routine, scheduled maintenance.</li><li>
Support the troubleshooting and completion of unscheduled repairs.</li><li>
Learn to install, repair, and maintain car wash equipment, including hydraulics, plumbing, pneumatics, and electrical systems.</li><li>
Help inspect equipment, identify issues, and assist in ordering replacement parts.</li><li>
Maintain tools, parts, and supplies in an organized manner.</li><li>
Participate in projects and equipment installations as directed by the Maintenance Director.</li><li>
Demonstrate pride in workmanship and a willingness to learn and grow.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Some mechanical knowledge and experience using hand and power tools.</li><li>
A valid, unrestricted driver&rsquo;s license and a clean driving record are required and must be maintained throughout the duration of employment.</li><li>
Must provide your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) at the time of the employment offer.</li><li>
Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.</li><li>
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.</li><li>
Comfortable working outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.</li></ul>
Important Requirement:
Upon offer, selected candidates must complete a pre-hire background check and provide their Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) at the time of the employment offer. Maintenance Technicians are required to maintain a valid, unrestricted driver&rsquo;s license and a clean driving record as a condition of employment.
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Prolonged periods of standing and walking.</li><li>
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, twist, and perform repetitive motions for repairs or installations.</li><li>
Lift up to 75 pounds.</li><li>
Must be able to differentiate colors to identify wiring and equipment indicators.</li><li>
Ability to climb and work from ladders.</li></ul>
