<div><p><b>This position pays $18.00 per hour with increases at 90 and 360 days if meeting expectations.</b></p>
<p>
Scans product to be stocked in pick module, carousel, or mezzanine; verifies part number and quantity to be stocked; scans storage location; verifies parts in location are the same as parts to be stocked; rotates parts to ensure &ldquo;first in first out&rdquo; where appropriate. If adequate space is not available, finds a new location that will accommodate parts using a split stock function, or function for a larger location; scans parts into new location and verifies within WCS. May be required to operate push cart, carousel, or pallet jack as required.</p>
<p>
Ensures TTI meets or exceeds internal and external customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery within the areas of assigned responsibility. Meets established quality goals in relation to errors measured as &ldquo;parts per million&rdquo; produced and productivity goals as defined by Management. Actively participates in job qualification audits and strictly adheres to all established standard operating procedures.</p>
<p>
Maintains acceptable time and attendance based on TTI policies defined by Human Resources and Operations; available to work overtime as required due to business demands.</p>
<p>
Demonstrates a positive &ldquo;team&rdquo; oriented attitude and approach toward work assignments in full collaboration and cooperation with others to complete all work assignments according to expectations and in the most effective and efficient manner possible. Supports daily warehouse department metrics on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.</p>
<p>
Performs FOD (foreign object detection) and location maintenance to ensure 5S standards are maintained.</p>

Actively cross trains in other areas, as required, outside of primary job function.<br>

<p>
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required; prior warehouse experience is preferred.</p><br>

<div><p>The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is accountable for assisting the Talent Acquisition team with the full-cycle recruitment of candidates to meet current and future staffing needs for our organization&rsquo;s business segments. This role will also be responsible for assisting with administrative support including but not limited to candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling/coordination, administering assessments, the temporary resource process, internal transfer coordination and activities involving the employee selection process.</p>
<p><b>
Our Talent Acquisition Team</b>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provides support to the Talent Acquisition team on all recruiting and candidate selection activities.</li>
<li>Coordinate all stages of the interview process, including scheduling, communication and logistics for candidates and interview teams.</li>
<li>Manage applicant tracking system data integrity, posting jobs, tracking candidates and generating/updating reports.</li>
<li>Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience. Ongoing process improvement by identifying efficiencies and assisting in standardizing recruiting operations.</li>
<li>Enhance social media presence through various job boards and pulling monthly and quarterly metrics from resource tools.</li>
<li>Coordinate and organize career events, job fairs, information sessions, and community or campus outreach.</li>
<li>Clearly and accurately communicate the company&rsquo;s employee value proposition to potential candidates while complying with all applicable policies, practices, processes.</li>
<li>Ensure all positions are posted internally in accordance with TTI policy and coordination of internal transfers and promotions.</li>
<li>Assist with temporary staffing and contingent workforce coordination, including communication with staffing agencies and tracking assignment details.</li>
<li>Provide support of the Business Development group and the TTI Graduate &amp; Intern program recruiting initiatives by assisting with all program planning and activities.</li>
<li>Utilize and diligently document recruiting activity in the TTI Applicant Tracking System (UKG) by entering job opportunities and adequately tracking and dispositioning applicants.</li>
<li>Assists with Talent Acquisition reporting.</li>
<li>Collaborate with HR and other departments as needed to assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.</li>
<li>Other duties, special programs, and/or projects as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Education and Requirements:</b></p>
<p>
High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred. Three to five years of related experience in Talent Acquisition.</p>
