 Qualification -
 
 MBA (Full Time is compulsory)

 Reporting to Branch Sales Manager

 Direct Reporting - Yes
 
 (4 to 5 On Roll Employees approx.)

 <li>
 Languages Known-
 
 English &amp; Hindi &amp; Gujarati (Preferred)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Industry- FMCD/Consumer Durable/FMEG &amp; FMCG.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:-
 
 
 
 
 Sales
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Give sales plan category/product/channel-wise- per month, after discussion with key distributors and dealers
 </li>
 <li>
 Daily tracking of sales plan, expectation vs. reality, billing (value achievement of every channel)
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking and updating the Daily Sales Report
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring Product Mix in the sales and indenting for products
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring new products and launches are communicated to the market, and the launches are happening on time
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring Competitors' activity in the Market
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring effective use of POP materials along with Co&rsquo;s products prominently displayed at all retail shops
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure Company objectives are being fulfilled in a month and cascade the same to team members: working with Field Force in the Market
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide effective customer service
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying new distributors and markets to start or develop new markets/territories, understanding why the brand is not available
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring new channel mix in the portfolio- to reduce dependency on distributors
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating with the Depot/Logistics on a day-to-day basis in terms of getting the right Product Mix, and dispatch of goods to respective towns/distributors.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Cost Control
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Control on outstanding: tracking payments/outstanding from channel partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring timely payment from Distributors as per the stipulated time given to them.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Promotional Activities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitoring Schemes in Retail Trade and Distributors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring and implementing successful promotional activities from time to time
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring competitor activity and reporting the same
 </li>
 <li>
 Addressing and resolving issues from the dealer/distributor point of view.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Subordinate Development
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Providing on-the-job training to subordinates
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Remarks-
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Good Communication Skills and clarity of thought in terms of the Sales Process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Looking for a stable candidate (Frequent job changes will not be considered)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Exposure to Channel Sales is compulsory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Local Candidates are preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team Handling is compulsory (Compulsory to handle On Roll Team Only)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong data analytical skills (Working knowledge of Excel is essential)
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel a minimum of 10 to 12 days. &middot;
 </li>
 <li>
 Candidates should have handled a minimum business of 15 Crs PA and above will be considered.
 </li>
 <li>
 Candidates with 30 to 45 Days&rsquo; notice period will be considered.
 </li>
