<div>Title: Junior Accountant

Reports To: Accountant 
Position Description 
Position Overview

TTR Sotheby&rsquo;s International Realty is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support the day-to-day accounting operations of the firm. 
This role will work closely with the Accountant and broader finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, maintenance of financial records, and support of core accounting workflows. The position is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in accounting within a fast-paced, service-driven organization. 
Salary Range: Starting at $65,000-$70,000 per year plus benefits package 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Process accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, and payment tracking</li>
<li>Assist with data entry for settlements, rentals, and brokerage transactions</li>
<li>Support commission processing by gathering and organizing supporting information</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation</li>
<li>Assist with bank and account reconciliations</li>
<li>Support the monthly close process through preparation of schedules and supporting materials</li>
<li>Respond to internal requests for financial information and documentation</li>
<li>Assist with administrative and operational tasks within the finance function as needed</li></ul> 


Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress)</li>
<li>0&ndash;2 years of relevant experience (internships acceptable)</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and take direction</li>
<li>A customer-service mindset</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and reliability</li>
<li>Positive, team-oriented attitude</li></ul>

Position Overview

TTR Sotheby&rsquo;s International Realty is seeking a highly motivated Accountant to support the firm&rsquo;s financial operations and reporting. 
This role is designed for an individual with a strong accounting foundation who is looking to accelerate their development in a dynamic, high-performance environment. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Accountant will gain meaningful exposure to the financial operations of a leading luxury real estate brokerage while contributing to core accounting functions. 
The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with intellectual curiosity, a proactive customer-service mindset, and the desire to take on increasing responsibility over time. 
Salary Range: Starting at $85,000-$90,000 per year plus benefits package 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes</li>
<li>Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations</li>
<li>Assist with processing of settlements, rentals, and brokerage transactions</li>
<li>Support commission accounting and related reconciliations</li>
<li>Assist with accounts payable and expense tracking</li>
<li>Interface with the Firm&rsquo;s real estate advisors to answer questions</li>
<li>Help prepare internal financial reports and supporting schedules</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and organization within accounting processes</li>
<li>Partner with the CFO and finance team on ad hoc analyses and special projects</li></ul> 


Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li>
<li>2&ndash;5 years of relevant accounting experience</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>High level of attention to detail and personal accountability</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems like QuickBooks</li>
<li>Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented approach</li>
<li>Demonstrated initiative and willingness to take on new challenges</li></ul>
