DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A SUCCESSFUL FIELD CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN – DOT AT TUFF SHED?
 Warranty, Service, & Delivery
 <ul>
<li>Safely delivers Tuff Shed storage buildings to Home Depot stores, customer properties, and retail sales lots</li>
<li>Performs customer service warranty repair tasks on customer sites effectively, efficiently and with courtesy and within the scheduled timeframe</li>
<li>Provides feedback to management team – determining eligibility of warranty issues</li>
</ul>
Sales & Customer Service
 <ul>
<li>Delivers excellent customer service when dealing with Tuff Shed current (and prospective) customers</li>
<li>Provides support for off-site special events such as Home Shows</li>
<li>Assists with management and upkeep of HD displays and marketing materials</li>
</ul>
DOT
 <ul>
<li>Logs on-duty hours on provided Electronic Logging Device (ELD) in compliance with Tuff Shed and DOT requirements</li>
<li>Inspects DOT vehicle before and after trip, logging pre/post-trip inspections</li>
<li>Keeps AM/OM informed of service/maintenance requirements on DOT vehicle</li>
</ul>
Other
 <ul>
<li>Reports defective, worn, or inoperable tools (electric, pneumatic, consumables, extension cords, air hoses, etc.) to Management in a timely manner</li>
<li>Ensures vehicle’s GPS device remains connected and operable at all times</li>
</ul>
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
 <ul>
<li>General knowledge of the construction industry, basic carpentry skills, basic roofing skills, and basic painting skills</li>
<li>Ability to read tape measure, working drawings, and speed square</li>
<li>Ability to operate air compressors, air tools, hammer, saw, drill, and other basic power tools</li>
<li>Customer service and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to read, write and understand instructions given orally, in writing and/or in diagram form</li>
<li>Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, including customers, business partners, suppliers, co-workers, managers, and the general public</li>
<li>Basic understanding of building permit requirements for the local territory/region, preferred</li>
<li>Ability to use mobile application system(s), as required, for the purpose of scheduling, reporting, etc.</li>
<li>Ability to solve problems using sound logic and good business judgment</li>
<li>Ability to read, write and understand instructions given orally, in writing and/or in diagram form</li>
<li>Experience driving a flatbed truck, box truck and/or towing trailers, unloading, and transporting materials</li>
<li>Experience as a “big box” delivery driver is a plus</li>
<li>Experience with vehicle inspections</li>
<li>Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR</li>
<li>Must pass a DOT physical and have DOT medical certificate</li>

Based in our National Support Center in south Denver, (I-25 & Colorado Blvd) Tuff Shed is recruiting for a Enterprise Project Manager, who is responsible for leading and managing enterprise IT projects that drive Tuff Shed, Inc.’s strategic initiatives. This role will focus on delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Additionally, they will manage project lifecycles, coordinate resources, and support the successful deployment of technology solutions that enhance the experience of team members and customers.
 
HYBRID WORK OPTION
 (2-days home / 3-days in office)

 The essential functions for this position include but are not strictly limited to:
 
Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects: 
<ul>
<li>Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.</li>
<li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timeline, resource allocation, risk management, and deliverables.</li>
<li>Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.</li>
<li>Track project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
Support business and technology initiatives: 
<ul>
<li>Lead and deliver key initiatives involving Infrastructure, Security, and Support teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</li>
<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and set realistic objectives.</li>
<li>Ensure all projects meet the quality standards set by Tuff Shed, Inc. and comply with security and compliance requirements.</li>
</ul>
Manage communication and collaboration: 
<ul>
<li>Facilitate effective communication across project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.</li>
<li>Conduct project meetings, including kickoffs, stand-ups, and post-implementation reviews.</li>
<li>Promote team collaboration by encouraging knowledge sharing and cross-training within project teams and related departments.</li>
</ul>
Vendor and budget management: 
<ul>
<li>Assist the Director of IT Operations in managing project budgets and procurement processes.</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors to ensure delivery of products and services in accordance with project requirements.</li>
<li>Manage licensing, contracts, and vendor relationships to support project goals and organizational standards.</li>
</ul>
Risk management and issue resolution: 
<ul>
<li>Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.</li>
<li>Resolve project issues promptly, escalating critical matters to leadership as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure documentation is maintained throughout the project and that lessons learned are captured for future reference.</li>
</ul>
Skills: 
<ul>
<li>Strong project management skills and experience, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.</li>
<li>Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar).</li>
<li>Familiarity with IT frameworks and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, especially with a focus on implementation of ERP systems.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, architectures, functionalities, and implementation.</li>
<li>Experience in Change Management with a focus on adoption strategies.</li>
<li>Exceptional skills identifying, communicating, and mitigating project risks.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li>
<li>Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors.</li>
<li>High energy and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Visio.</li>
<li>Ability to read, write and understand instructions given orally, in writing and/or in diagram form.</li>
<li>Ability to prepare written correspondence and reports that are grammatically correct and create a professional image for Tuff Shed, Inc.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively communicate with executives, management, suppliers, customers, employees, and commercial accounts in a wide range of situations.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively present information orally in one-on-one and small group situations to company leadership, customers and other employees.</li>
</ul>
Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Proven experience managing complex IT projects across many business verticals and in complex technical environments.</li>
<li>4 or more years of project management experience implementing leading-edge Enterprise Technologies in a highly complex environment.</li>
<li>Expertise in Enterprise software such as Microsoft Dynamics, Nextworld, NetSuite or Salesforce is highly desired.</li>
<li>Experience implementing solutions deployed in the cloud is highly desired.</li>
<li>Experience managing budgets, licensing, and vendor contracts.</li>
</ul>
EDUCATION: 
<ul>
<li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.</li>
<li>PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.</li>
</ul>

We are seeking a high-energy Sales Design Consultant (SDC) for our Portland sales center. You will be responsible for the retail sales of Tuff Shed products and services to residential, commercial, and governmental customers.
