The distinction between TULA and other personal/family assistant services is that we are focused on leveraging technology (we have a super cool app) to provide an on-demand personal/family assistant at the touch of a button but perfectly balanced with a human connection from our community of amazing assistants (ahem, maybe you?!)How it works: our clients input a request into their app, we send the requests out to our amazing team of assistants, and you grab whichever requests fit into your schedule, it's that easy!TULA ASSISTANT POSITION:We are seeking a freelance personal/family assistant (or a few!) to join our team. Schedule is flexible and variable as well as dependent upon your availability however we ideally request a minimum of 10 hours of consistent availability per week, i.e. set days or half days of availability.TULA Assistants will perform a variety of tasks including grocery shopping, errand running, research and planning, household management, home and office organization, event planning and more. A look into our current service menu is available at www.tulabalanced.com.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who sees the big picture yet can ensure every tiny detail is also managed to perfection, someone who is innovative, savvy, incredibly personable, resourceful AF, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, knows how to roll up their sleeves and can roll with the punches as a TULA Assistant and help our clients find more time in their days. A customer service focused lens is imperative for the position as well as a true desire to help make people's lives easier! We are also looking for someone with a tech background or comfort level to help clients with their IT needs :) Things like, can you please explain the cloud, or find my photos, connect various smart home devices to my phone, help with Zoom, etc.WHY WORK WITH US:This is an incredible opportunity to be a part of an exciting women-founded start up. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people, needs flexibility in their work day, someone who wants to stay busy while the kids are in school, or maybe you just want something to do on days you&rsquo;re not in school or working.REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>The ideal candidate will be well rounded and open to a variety of requests with experience as a personal, family and/or executive assistant.</li><li>TULA requires all assistants to be thoroughly vetted through both background checks and personal and professional reference checks.</li><li>Assistants must maintain incredibly high standards in terms of quality of work, integrity, customer service, organization, problem solving, and time-management skills.</li><li>Assistants must be able to lift 50 lbs and be comfortable working under time sensitive, variable conditions.</li><li>MS Office, Google, proficiency required.</li><li>Assistants must have a current driver&rsquo;s license, reliable transportation, must be able to show proof of auto insurance, and be willing to commute between clients and TO-DO locations with ease.</li></ul>COMPENSATION:TULA Assistant compensation will start at $23.00/hour with an opportunity increase your hourly rate after completing 50 hours of requests with proven positive reviews/experience.
